Rebecca White is a dedicated attorney based in Indiana with a focus in DCS-involved litigation, including CHINS and TPR matters. Rebecca graduated with her Masters in Political Science from Ball State University in 2014 and her Juris Doctorate from IU Robert McKinney School of Law in 2019. Rebecca was admitted to the Indiana Bar in October 2019.

With a passion for justice and a modern approach to legal advocacy, Rebecca brings compassion, clarity, and strength to every client she serves. She is known for her strategic thinking, client-first mindset, and unwavering commitment to fairness—whether in the courtroom or at the conference table.

Outside of law, Rebecca is a strong advocate for animal welfare and enjoys spending time with her rescue dog. She brings the same loyalty and determination to her legal practice as she does to her community work.
