Allen Wiseley

Allen Wisley is a dedicated attorney based in Muncie, Indiana with a focus on representing local government entities and providing counsel to private parties in real property and land use matters. Allen graduated from Ball State University in 2016 with his Bachelor’s in Political Science and History and from the University of Dayton School of Law in 2024 with his Juris Doctorate. Allen was admitted to the Indiana Bar in October 2024.

Prior to being admitted as an attorney, Allen gained significant experience in local government while working for the Delaware County Clerk, the Muncie City Clerk, and the City of Muncie Department of Community Development. He also has served as a member of the Delaware Muncie Metropolitan Plan Commission, the Delaware Muncie Metropolitan Board of Zoning Appeals, and the Muncie Unsafe Building Hearing Authority. 



Whether representing municipal clients or private clients, Allen is known for his ability to help clients achieve their goals within the existing legal framework.
